Other professionals and experts
Many of the other professionals and experts who have contributed to Infodoc Services Ltd. and its projects have gone on to develop their own careers. One past consultant who deserves special mention is Peter Miller. He worked on the construction industry thesaurus project referred to in about us before the company was formed, and continued to be involved for many years after the company was formed. At the former Polytechnic of North London he did research on production and control of non-book material. His MSc thesis was on Criteria for the evaluation of thesauri and he supervised another student's research study into information needs of quantity surveyors, work which complements some work which Mike Roberts did (with H.L. Rogge) in 1968 on Technical information for surveyors for the International Federation of Surveyors. When he retired Peter did voluntary work for the charity Gambicats. He died in March 2018.
